This cozy, updated two bedroom apartment mixes midcentury modern and vintage furniture with an organic, upstate NY vibe. The stylish first floor apartment of a classic Ithaca home, nestled into the highly walkable Fall Creek neighborhood. Just a few short blocks from Ithaca Falls, with easy access to Cornell, Ithaca College, and downtown. We took inspiration from boutique hotels when designing this space, with recently renovated bathroom and kitchen, new appliances, smart TV and luxury linens.

Hayt's Chapel

Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

The Overlook at Ithaca - A Modern Lakeview Retreat

The Overlook at Ithaca is an exquisite one-bedroom guesthouse in Ithaca, NY, poised just across the street from Cayuga Lake. Every detail of this sanctuary has been thoughtfully curated for couples and small groups of adults seeking an unparalleled escape." Policy: * 4 people, 2 vehicles max on-site at any given time. * No animals * No children under 13 (Infants under 1 year old are ok) Note: The driveway is quite steep and there are 20 interior stairs to access the guest house.

Woodland retreat with hot tub in the Finger Lakes

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

This modernly designed home is situated​​ right across from the picturesque Cascadilla Gorge Trail and only 0.4 miles away from restaurants and shops on The Commons. Also, just down the hill from Cornell. As soon as you step inside, you'll notice the clean and modernly furnishings that make up the upstairs unit of our historic 1890s Italianate duplex. Located on 3 acres in the heart of the Finger Lakes region. This is a brand new home with heated floors. Only 5 minutes from the famous Robert Treman State Park, 15 minutes to Taughannock park, 15 minutes to buttermilk Falls, 25 minutes to Walkens Glen State Park. You won’t miss anything on your must do list. Also perfectly located 15 minutes to Ithaca, 15 minutes to Trumansburg, 20 minutes from Walkens Glenn. Sauna and outdoor grill.

Spacious apartment in the heart of the FingerLakes

Private spacious apartment with all amenities, located 15 minutes drive from Ithaca, NY. To relax during your stay, you can pour yourself a hot bath, unwind in the living-room or enjoy the outdoor deck with view on the 1 acre property. Other tenants include our poodle (Angélique) and Trouble, our outdoor cat. If you feel butch, you can start a fire and relax around our bonfire area or strip in your swimsuit and hop in our hot tub.

The Rhodie House

The Rhodie House is located on the West shore of Cayuga Lake. It is close to Ithaca, wineries and parks. Cornell University can be seen from the dock. The lake frontage includes 80 ft. of gravel beach as well as a wooden dock. The cottage has a wrap around deck with great lake views. There are over 20 rhododendron bushes on the property. A smart TV allows streaming your favorite shows.
