Sun filled and cozy family-friendly home!

Find relaxed clean (and sanitized!) comfort & family fun in our quaint 3-brdm home. Take a short walk to Ithaca Farmer's Market (.4 mi) the Commons (.8 mi) & Cornell University (1.4 mi) or stay in and enjoy a glass of wine while cooking in the kitchen & dining area. Two porches are set for some outdoor time, and the garden has seasonal vegetables for you. You could also cozy up next to our wood stove on chilly nights. We love opening the home to our AirBnB guests and look forward to hosting you.

Welcome to Camp S’mores- this revitalized luxury A-frame has all the modern amenities you need for your Finger Lakes adventure. We just brought new life into this house from top to bottom. The home features three bedrooms and a Murphy bed in the game room on the lower level. EV charger. It wouldn't be camp without a pool so our home has a large HEATED in-ground pool is open May 15th - Oct 1st. The house is located outside of town on 2+ private acres. Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen.
