I'm a Cornell Professor. We have lived in this 1926 built house on short dead-end street since 1983. Sunset Park is 2 houses away. I can walk to Cornell in 15 minutes. 3 level house; view of Cayuga lake. Great home for entertaining (have had 30+ people in house at one time). Off street parking free. Fully furnished. I'm available 24/7 if needed. Ideal for multi-generational family to watch Cornell graduation or to attend other Cornell major events . Village of Cayuga Heights permit # H2324.
