House in the city center. It is in one of the oldest settlements of Izmir. There are many historical buildings and museums in the surrounding area. It is adjacent to the Ethnography Museum, Children's Toy Museum, Agora Ancient City, Historical Kemeraltı Bazaar and Clock Tower. All public transport and the beach are within 5 min walking distance. Our cleaning team also cleans everything before your arrival. Also we have SPECIAL PARKING LOT(Vans not allowed). You can come by your car very easy. Our building has elevator so you dont need to climb stairs.

My apartment is on the most attractive street of Izmir ‘Kibris Şehitleri’ with a little sea view. One block away from sea front. (a minute by walk) and very close to Alsancak train station. (10 minutes by walk.) Apartment is on the 6th floor with an elevator. Our kitchen is well equiped and at your disposal for your own cooking. Free and unlimited fiber wi-fi. Apartment is at the middle of the various kind of restaurants, pubs and cafes.

You can walk to seaside (Karataş) in 6-7 minutes and take the tram to Alsancak and Göztepe.

For a pleasant ferry ride to Karşıyaka or Konak, it is sufficient to walk for 10 minutes to the Alsancak pier.
