Luxurious traditional stone house in South Chios

Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Evimiz Urla’mızın meşhur Sanat Sokağındadır. -Vakit geçirebileceğiniz bir çok alternatif mevcuttur. -Altınköy ve Demirciler plajlarına 13km -Kum Denizi plajına 5km -Alaçatı ve Çeşme plajlarına 40km mesafededir. -İster sahil kenarında,ister doğanın içinde, isterseniz Sanat Sokağımızdaki kendine has mekanlarımızda ve gurme restoranlarımızda yemek yiyip içebilirsiniz. -Ayrıca şarap seviyorsanız Urla Bağ Yolunda bulunan şahane wine house larımızda tadım yapabilir ve gezebilirsiniz.
