Completely renovated forest cottage only 1.3km from Kawazu station, and only 1.5km to a swimming beach (Kawazu Beach). Features a wood-burning cooking stove for cosy winter nights. Imaihama beach is approx 5 minutes by car. New kitchen, wide deck, and mezzanine loft. Loft area has no railing so not suitable for children under 10 years old.Large bath with separate toilet. [ Ginryotei Matsuzaki, GRAND OPENING in 2023 ] Ginryotei is the 100-year-old private traditional Japanese folk house 'Kominka' which has been renovated in 2022 with new modern interior. It also has a private outdoor sauna. The house is located in Matsuzaki, a small town on the west side of the Izu Peninsula. Matsuzaki is a rural area rich in nature close to beautiful sea, rivers, and rice paddies. Beautiful beaches, rivers, hot springs, and historical buildings within a 10-minute drive.

The parking lot and entrance are narrow and sloped, so please let us know in advance if you are coming with a large vehicle. 蓮台寺駅から徒歩８分、伊豆急下田駅からバスで８分。温泉、地元野菜の直売所も近い静かな住宅街の中にある一軒家。山に囲まれた集落のなかで落ち着いたステイが出来ます。 下田の市内へ車で５分、バスで８分。人気の海水浴場までは車でおよそ１０分。温泉は蓮台寺で人気の千人風呂まで徒歩10分の距離です。 空き家をリノベーションした広々した平屋の一軒家でご家族やご友人とのんびりステイすることができます。 ベッドルーム1部屋、広めのリビング、キッチンには大きな冷蔵庫、調理器具、調味料なども用意しているので自炊に便利です。 自転車2台無料貸出可(ただしひとつはロードバイク、ひとつはクロスバイクなので慣れている方のみご利用ください) 忙しく観光するよりも観光地から少し離れてゆっくりと過ごしたい方に向いている物件です。 バス停までも徒歩２分なので公共交通機関もご利用になれますが、都会に比べバスの本数は少なかったりします。いっその事時間を気にせず“何もしない贅沢を楽しむ”ことをオススメします。 下田の自然、海は美しいです。日々の忙しさを忘れてゆったりとお過ごしください。

If weather conditions permit, you can marvel at the starry sky at night. Additionally, the lodge has the capacity to accommodate a large group of guests.

The bedrooms are Western style (3 beds) and Japanese style (8 tatami mats with 3 or 4 futons). here's also a hot shower, so you'll feel refreshed as soon as you get back from the beach (*^-^*).
