It is perfect for a solo adventure or a couple looking for a quiet getaway. We are located near Scottsboro(40 mins), Huntsville and Winchester,Tn (50 mins). Close proximity to the Walls of Jericho and Skyline wildlife management area.

Closed for January & February.) The house is cozy and the vibes are immaculate. The yard boasts of hammocks, a kayak launch, a fire pit, native plants, and great bird watching. Scottsboro is less than 10 minutes away. Shop at Publix, enjoy KC's BBQ on the water, thrift stores, and unclaimed baggage!

The guest house is your lake cottage home away from home. The house is directly on the water with access to dock your boat outside with ample bumpers at the boathouse on property. The location is right around the corner from City Park for loading and unloading and Goosepond Colony. Close to the beautiful Tennessee river ,some of the boat ramp are 3-4 miles away, Walmart restaurants and high school walking trails less than a mile, highway 72 is about 1/4 mile and hwy 35 is about 1 -1/2 miles from the house. Free EV charger in premises, plenty parking even if you have a fishing boat . ! Absolutely no smoking in the house if you have to smoke you can do it outside.!
