The Magnolia House/Historic District/Jefferson, GA is the perfect place for your relaxing getaway! Beautifully renovated, but built in 1902, it has all the conveniences to host your stay, including vintage serving ware, punch bowls, China sets etc. One queen Murphy bed is on main level with an adjacent full bathroom. Three large bedrooms are upstairs, each with 2 queen beds. There are also 2 full bathrooms upstairs with showers only (no bathtubs in the house). Some dogs are welcome @ $100 each.

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. This home is a classic ranch style house featuring 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a nice living area, roomy kitchen, and a great screened in porch. Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 14 minute drive to Sanford Stadium.
