We have a smart tv in the living room with streaming services ( like prime and Netflix) and live local tv channels 27mins from KC Arrowhead stadium.

1 bedroom basement apartment with living room, kitchen, and full bathroom with washer/dryer combo. Guests enter into a common area via door at back of home (through gate on left side of driveway). Apartment is downstairs from common area (through door to the left immediately upon entry). Common area doubles as a night-time sleeping area for our dogs (kenneled). The dogs are often roaming the backyard. They’ll approach you & try to play, if you let them. All of the animals are very friendly.
