❤️Our 1937 cabin near Lake Glenville has been completely renovated with no cost spared in furnishings. Everything is new! The 1937 Cabin is very private on our 50 acre estate and is the only rental on the property with great access to Lake Glenville, Cashiers & Highlands. A wonderful retreat with a private hike located near Boat Ramps and Recreation Area with a beach overlooking Lake Glenville. There are many activities to enjoy such as boating, hiking, waterfalls, shopping and restaurants.

Nestled in the Summer Hill gated community at Lake Glenville, the main level has an open living area with a large sectional couch, breakfast bar off the kitchen, and dining area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV. The loft functions as a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out trundle. The sleeping areas have separate entrances to a shared bathroom. There is an upper and lower deck, gas and wood burning fire pits, charcoal grill, Green Egg, and a hammock to hang outdoors.

A Million Dollar View! To get a view like this you’d have a terrible drive to get to it but the cabin is very convenient to the highway with only a mildly steep but short driveway. The Cabin was made from lumber cut off the land it sits on. Reclaimed Wood floors, reclaimed brick fireplace, rock chimney, wood focus walls and wainscoting throughout the cabin to separate this cabin from all the others. I got a big deck. It’s not the biggest deck ever but everyone loves this deck. You’ll see!
