It's a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the interstate, parks, trails, and our vibrant downtown with cafés, shops, and great restaurants. Enjoy privacy and breathtaking views from the enormous windows or the cozy daybed on the porch! Deer, beaver, eagles, and more make frequent cameos as the seasons paint shifting riverscapes and astonishing sunsets. *No Pets

The Flood Family Lake House

The Flood Family Lake House is a vacation home that offers a comfortable, safe, & fun environment for families. We have spacious living areas with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a roomy kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, cookware & dining ware. Plus a recent upgrade to Starlink wifi! Lot is serene, beautiful, & offers privacy. It is within walking distance to the lake. Main driveway accommodates multiple vehicles, & overflow driveway has space for more. Street parking is not allowed.

Inflatable kayak and fishing poles for use on the pond or at nearby Lake Arbutus! UTV and Jet Ski rental available on site. We do have a 4 person can-am maverick and 2 Sea Doo jet skis available. TVs in both rooms/w Ruko 5 twin beds and bathroom upstairs in the loft. 40 inch TV w/Ruko , DVD player Fully stocked kitchen. Washer/dryer. Grill for outdoor cooking. The villa next door may also be available if you have a group larger than 10 .

Second Airbnb is located approximately 200 feet from Cabin however no shared areas and completely private and separate from each other.
