The Flood Family Lake House

The Flood Family Lake House is a vacation home that offers a comfortable, safe, & fun environment for families. We have spacious living areas with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a roomy kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, cookware & dining ware. Plus a recent upgrade to Starlink wifi! Lot is serene, beautiful, & offers privacy. It is within walking distance to the lake. Main driveway accommodates multiple vehicles, & overflow driveway has space for more. Street parking is not allowed.

This cabin features 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living areas all on one level. Whether you're looking for a restful weekend watching wildlife, sitting around the campfire, enjoying the trails, or exploring Lake Arbutus. This is truly your four season get away!

Inflatable kayak and fishing poles for use on the pond or at nearby Lake Arbutus! UTV and Jet Ski rental available on site. We do have a 4 person can-am maverick and 2 Sea Doo jet skis available. If staying in is your desire, you can enjoy taking in a movie or binging your favorite shows on the 40" smart TV in the living room or on one of the Smart TVs in the bedrooms.
