Lakefront Escape/Private Dock: The Dogwood Cottage

Welcome to our charming lake cottage! Dogs welcome ($75 flat fee), baby amenities available! On Jackson Lake, 1 hr from Atlanta, our cottage with private dock (with kayaks-two adult and one child size) is the perfect spot to unwind. With photo-ready furnishings, white cotton and linen bedding, and subtle antique decor, our cottage exudes a warm vibe that will make you feel right at home. Please, no wild parties or drug use. Our neighbors don't deserve to hear or smell any nonsense. Thank you!

Oasis Treehouse Atlanta

When you step into our little forest sanctuary it is easy to forget that you are only 10 min from downtown Atlanta. Nestled in the forest, across a bridge over a creek, is a beautiful little modern treehouse that sleeps 4 people. There is a composting toilet and a small kitchenette with running water. Across the bridge are a private outdoor shower with hot/cold water and a heater for amazing winter showers, next to it is a heated bath house all for your use only. Strictly no parties or movies

The Portico Cabin at High Shoals

The Portico cabin, built in the 1870's, is cozy, rustic and carefully preserved. It is ideal for a couples getaway, small family staycation or solo retreat to escape everyday life and connect with nature. Relax on the porch rockers or cozy up by the wood stove, surrounded by books. Enjoy the cabin and surrounding 60 acres, featuring walking trails, fishing pond, a large fire pit, river access with canoes, and historic church, The Portico. Explore the nearby towns of Athens, Monroe and Madison.

Archimedes’ Nest at the Emu Gardens

Nestled in the trees, Archimedes’ Nest at the Emu Ranch is the dreamy, romantic escape you’ve been searching for. 
This custom-built getaway was designed for relaxation and self-indulgence, complete with special amenities to make your stay comfortable and treetop and garden views from every window where you may catch a glimpse of the emu, turkeys, swans, and peafowl roaming below. It's quiet and private, yet walking distance to East Atlanta Village- one of the hottest neighborhoods in Atlanta.

Land Country home w hot tub, game room, playground

Make some memories at this unique & family-friendly farm feel destination. This is a fun basement space with plenty of indoor & outdoor activities, such as a private basketball court, open fields with soccer goals, a workout gym, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, board games, kids toys, playground, hot tub & more. You are sure to enjoy your stay here. Our home is in the country away from the street & other houses so kids can play outside safely. We live on the upper levels and hope to host you.

The Guest House

The Guest House is a primitive cottage and resides on 400 acres outside of Barnesville, Georgia. Bunn Ranch is a working cattle and sheep farm. This space is a two story primitive cottage with primitive artwork and a claw foot tub. Sit in your choice of antique rockers that have been collected over the years. The floors and stairs were salvaged from an old home that was here on the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and close to town, come enjoy some time for YOU! We will consider STR students.

High Falls Lakeside Haven

Secluded getaway on wonderful High Falls Lake. Cottage has sunny kitchen w large gas stove and all your needs (but no dishwasher), comfy den w/excellent WI-FI & Roku TV (Sorry, Fireplace is not in service), huge BR w/2 Queen beds, large screened porch, new gas grill, firepit, 2 kayaks, dock and more! Located about an hour south of ATL and only 2 miles from I-75. Come enjoy and relax in this private lakefront cottage that is only minutes from High Falls State Park and other outdoor attractions.

1811 Cottage at Sunflower Farm

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!
