On Jackson Lake, 1 hr from Atlanta, our cottage with private dock (with kayaks-two adult and one child size) is the perfect spot to unwind. With photo-ready furnishings, white cotton and linen bedding, and subtle antique decor, our cottage exudes a warm vibe that will make you feel right at home. Please, no wild parties or drug use. Our neighbors don't deserve to hear or smell any nonsense. Thank you!

Relax, when you book this peaceful 5 bedroom family-friendly home on a quiet cove at Jackson Lake. This beautifully appointed home is just steps to the lake and has lake views from most rooms. Outdoor living at its finest, including 2 large decks overlooking the lake with plenty of sitting space to enjoy the views. A covered patio with seating for those hot summer days and a dock on the water for lounging, fishing and swimming. Rent a boat or jet skis nearby and dock them on the property.

Greek Revival Farmhouse

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Pierce Farmhouse was built in 1870 as a wedding gift for a son. We have owned it for 20 years and have made another set of renovations to bring it back to its original charm and character while making it more comfortable with modern amenities. The farmhouse sits on 60 wooded acres in High Shoals and guests have access to our pond for fishing and river for canoeing. We are 20 minutes from Athens, and 15 minutes from Monroe and Madison.
