Glamping Cabin with Private Pond and Mountain View

This little glamping cabin with cozy woodstove is set at the far edge of a field overlooking a wildlife pond, seasonal fountain, and mountain. It is a peaceful place, surrounded by beauty, and special not just for these amenities but because it is improbably located on four private acres right in Manchester Center. The property abuts 70 acres of preserved land, but is steps from Main Street and all the shopping, dining, and outdoor options that this lovely year-round tourist town has to offer.

Guest House at Hummingbird Hill

Our small above-garage guesthouse on the New York-Vermont border is a retreat from busy life. The open floor plan, airy apartment has windows on all sides & overlooks woods & meadow. The guesthouse is ideal for those looking to get away from electronics and the internet (note: no Wifi), and hike and bike the area’s trails, and/or paddle the Battenkill River and area lakes. Or just sit on the deck with a book and cup of tea or glass of wine. Pets are welcome (we do charge a small fee for pets)!

Runamuk Farm

Picturesque location on farmland with views of the mountains. We are a micro farm. Wake up and watch the sunrise and go for a short hike on the property, and get to know the animals. We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of our camp.

Unique centrally located, peaceful country chalet between the Adirondack and Green Mountains on 60 acres. Starlink available if your phone doesn't work here. Near Lk George, Lk Champlain, & VT. Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream.

Rustic Cabin in foothills of Green Mountains

Rennsli Cabin is off grid + nestled on a forested plateau in the foothills of the Green Mountains. You will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, unplugged and able to regenerate. Kitchen is equipped with cooking essentials+ hosts provide water, coffee, tea, milk, fresh eggs + homemade soap. There is an indoor compostable toilet + outhouse + outdoor shower. Most seasons, the cabin is 100ft from parking, but weather conditions may require an 800 ft walk from parking at main house.

The Farm cottage

Take a break and unwind at this little peaceful oasis. A little bit of the country is right beside you with the neighing of horses and the clucking of chickens who roam our property. We are close to Bennington College and great restaurants and Robert Frost house. We are 35 minutes from Manchester that has some great restaurants and shopping. Bromley ski resort is just beyond Manchester in Peru Vermont . It is a year around resort with water slides in summer and skiing in winter .

Come visit a most peaceful and serene setting as you relax in our fully furnished farm apartment! We have everything you need for a very comfortable stay in Saratoga Springs, NY! Just 12 mins from Saratoga Race track, SPAC, the casino and downtown shopping. You're close enough to dive into the fun yet far enough to unwind. Perfect for a fall getaway. The apartment is entire upstairs of back of our farm brewery & taproom. Open space includes living/dining/work space & bedroom; bathroom has small claw foot tub with shower. Queen-sized memory foam bed; twin day bed (extra twin mattress beneath). HD TV, wifi, private deck, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot tea kettle and k-cup coffeemaker. Complimentary pint of craft beer in taproom. Located in a private setting in a hollow in the Taconic Mountains.
