Seabreeze Chalet is a newly renovated spa-like home just 4 houses from the sand. View exotic birds at the park across the street & enjoy gorgeous sunsets over the lagoon from your patio. The home is the entire first floor of a duplex, in a quiet beachside neighborhood; walking distance of shops, restaurants, & groceries with the convenience of being near all that Jacksonville Beach has to offer. You'll have 1-3 private parking spots (depending on use if downstairs unit (SeaSpray Chalet) on site.

Groups and large families will enjoy the endless hot water heater and comfortable king sized beds. The pullout sofa has a memory foam queen sized mattress and the ocean facing windows and patio door have blackout blinds. Walkable neighborhood close to restaurants and nightlife.
