Don’t let the size fool you, it has a queen size bed, small kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee. The eating area can double as a workspace if needed. It has a full-size bathroom as well. It has a brand new ac and air purifier. It has outdoor seating, privacy fence and keyless entry. Minutes away from JIA, River City Marketplace, the Zoo and the Cruise terminal.

Close to restaurants, grocery, MD Anderson Cancer Center and Wolfson Children's Hospital. Owners live in main house on site but suite has its own private entrance and parking. You will have access to an outdoor dining space and fenced in backyard. Dogs live on premises but will not interfere, although you may hear barking. Sofa bed available if needed, please inquire.

This cozy 1 bed 1 bath has a small kitchenette available that includes a coffee bar with a Keurig and K-cups, microwave, toaster oven, mini refrigerator/freezer, and a brand new water filtration system so the water tastes delicious right from the tap. A king size bed (inc tv) awaits you and a twin sized sofa bed for one adult or two kids. The kitchen has a full sized brand new oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge and is stocked with utensils etc so you can easily make full meals or stay for an extended time. There's one free off-street parking spot available and plentiful free street parking.

It isn't fancy, but it's a good space for spending a few days while visiting Jax. We offer keyless check-in and free parking is in our driveway. A queen Sealy Posturepedic bed provides ultimate comfort. The suite has a mini-fridge and microwave for simple meals (no full kitchen).
