You have a beautiful backyard which you must share with the owners. The neighbourhood is quiet and the beach is walking distance.

SHOULD YOU WANT TO BRING YOUR BYCICLE, PLEASE BRING A LOCK AND CHAIN TO LOCK IT ON THE POLE OUTSIDE THE UNIT.
