Remontoitu ja tasokkaasti uusilla kalusteilla (2025) ja varusteilla sisustettu saunallinen huoneisto Kokkolan ydinkeskustassa. Huoneistossa on oma jäähdytys (ilmastointi). Lasitettu parveke sekä pistokkeellinen autopaikka ulko-oven vieressä. Esteetön kulku. Hissitalon ylin kerros (3h+k+ph+s). Kaikissa huoneissa säädettävä tunnelmavalaistus. Läheltä löytyy niin Kokkolan yöelämä ja ravintolat kuin Suntinvarren liikunta mahdollisuudet. Keskeisestä sijainnista huolimatta paikka on rauhallinen.

Rentoudu tässä tunnelmallisessa ja kodikkaassa kellarihuoneistossa, n. 65 m2. Sinulla on käytössäsi pieni makuuhuone, olohuone, takka, täysin varusteltu keittiö/kodinhoitotila, pieni wc sekä tilavat kylpyhuone- ja saunatilat puukiukaalla. Käytössäsi on Netflix, Wi-Fi ja Playstation4. Elokuvan katselusta mukavaa tekee stereot, 5 kaiutinta ja basso. Tilassa on myös reilu pöytä, joka sopii niin etätyöhön kuin lasten askarteluun. Yksityisessä käytössäsi on terassi ja pieni aidattu piha-alue.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Looking for old house charm with modern twist? Welcome to our house on Seminariegatan in Nykarleby, one of the town's most idyllic locations. Touches of traditional and modern Nordic design. Our house was put up in the year 1900 but the logs probably much older. It is ideal for spending time together in front of the fire, cooking, a walk in the forest, bathing in the outdoor wood heated sauna, or weather allowing hanging out on the terrace. The house is fully equipped.

Welcome to our beautiful cabin. It used to be an old grain barn but is now refurbished into a stylish guesthouse. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a table and a sofa, and a small toilet. Upstairs you find a king size bed and a bedsofa. Next to the house there is a sauna with shower. Use of the sauna has to be agreed on with us beforehand. On the outside there are two furnished patios and a glazed-in lounge. The house is in the same yard as our family home.

Lähellä skeittaus-, ulkoilu- ja lenkkeilyalueita, talvella hiihtoladut, neljä kesäravintolaa sekä pienvenesatama ja meripuisto, jossa hiekkaranta. Kaupunkiin noin 2 km. Lasitettu parveke. Lähistöllä myös mm. uimahalli, jäähalli, pururata ja maastopolkuja. Risteilyalus majakkasaareen viereisestö satamasta. Huom: Ei suoraa merinäköalaa asunnosta.

Lägenheten, som har en egen ingång, erbjuder bekväma och rymliga utrymmen inomhus, med badrum och kök som är utrustade för dina behov. Terrassen blir din egna privata oas med sjöutsikt, där du kan njuta av lugn och avkoppling sommartid. Det är möjligt att boka vår utebastu för en extra speciell upplevelse med ett uppfriskande bad/vinterbad.

Welcome! Villa StrandRo is a cozy and peaceful cottage by the lake. A marked nature trail starts right next to the cottage, a children’s playground is about one kilometer away, and both a rowing boat and a barrel sauna – available all year round – are free to use. We live in the same yard with our two school-aged children, and we are happy to help or share tips about the best local experiences if you wish. We also rent out SUP boards.
