The Cozy Island Home sits on a half acre in a quiet neighborhood between historic downtown (1 mile to downtown connector bridge), and Folly Beach ( 3 miles to Folly Beach). There's no hotels on James Island which is the only connection to the beach. So, if you're looking to get close to Folly Beach, without the noise or paying hundreds of dollars per night, we'd be honored to host you. Our home is safe, quiet, cozy and deeply grounding. We pride ourselves on calming energy ready to welcome you.

It’s 7min from downtown and 10min from Folly Beach. Perfect central location on James Island to everything Charleston has to offer. Located directly across from beach with a path from the frontyard to the beach. Comfortable beach house, tastefully decorated on the West end of the island with large deck overlooking the ocean. The short sandy beach path is right out the front door. The home has ocean views and peaks of the river to the rear. View both sunrises and sunsets on this end of island. 9 blocks from the vibrant , eclectic center of town is where you'll find local cafes, restaurants, stores, bars and the pier.

Welcome to Camp Folly, y’all! We’re back and better than ever — renovated and refreshed from top to bottom, with all-new everything and the cozy touches you’ll need to feel right at home. Camp Folly’s in a perfect spot — just 10 minutes to Folly Beach or downtown Charleston. Stick close and you’ll find island pubs, a pizza joint, and Starbucks just down the road. One note: the house sits on a semi-busy side street. And while we love our furry friends, we’re no longer able to host pets.
