The house is a 2 bed 1 bath 1974 flat top A Frame that sits on two acres on the outskirts of Lusby, MD—and a low traffic hour(ish) drive from the DMV. Fantastic getaway on beautiful Smith Mountain Lake! Enjoy stunning views on two sides of this top-floor, corner condo with a wrap-around deck and natural shade. It is perfect for a relaxing break or an adventure! Activities include boating (with guest docks), swimming (indoor and outdoor), pickle ball, working out, and relaxing in the hot tub, steam room or sauna! If you are working remotely, this quiet space includes a desk and high-speed wireless. The individual HVAC unit also has a UV light.

The “Beach House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has beautiful water views and includes access to our private beach & dock (with guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with large shower and a covered patio. The 2nd floor features a large loft bedroom with a queen bed.

This tiny home is a newly renovated cabana sitting on a pier. Fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing under you! Enjoy shared use of our private beach. Bikes are available and are stored directly across the street. Go crabbing or fishing off the pier and walk to one of the many nearby restaurants. Check out the summer concert series at the Calvert Marine Museum.

"The Little Red Cabin" aka The Galley

Called the "The Galley". This is the first cabin built on the property. Right on the water with views of the Bay and beach. Galley kitchen, bedroom, small bathroom with shower, family room with a fireplace and dining area. Big screened in porch w/ fabulous breezes. Literally, right on the water!!! NO PETS. Parking for 1 car.
