River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Waterfront 4-BR home w/ hot tub & charging station

Immaculately maintained 4-bedroom waterfront home + home gym on Cobb Island with water views from every window! Four beach cruiser bikes & private dock w/ 4 kayaks, to enjoy the peaceful Neale Sound. Hot tub + private deck off of the kitchen. Wall of windows inside the home, flooded w/ natural sunlight. Views of the sound & the river side of the island. 3 BR are large (2 King beds/1 Queen), w/ their own BA (1 BR w/ BA is on 1st floor, no stairs). Smart TV's in 3 BR's. Great entertaining space!

Fun Lake Getaway with Breathtaking Views

Fantastic getaway on beautiful Smith Mountain Lake! Enjoy stunning views on two sides of this top-floor, corner condo with a wrap-around deck and natural shade. It is perfect for a relaxing break or an adventure! Activities include boating (with guest docks), swimming (indoor and outdoor), pickle ball, working out, and relaxing in the hot tub, steam room or sauna! If you are working remotely, this quiet space includes a desk and high-speed wireless. The individual HVAC unit also has a UV light.

Rivanna Farm Estate North I Pickleball I Pool

This historic 42-acre country estate features four distinct residences, three of which are Airbnb rentals. The "North” offers beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and includes 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and another with 2 twin beds on the main floor, and an additional queen bedroom upstairs. The second floor has a full kitchen, living room, & dining area. On the lower level is a yoga studio, game room, outdoor patio area w/seating, and charcoal bbq. (Charcoal not provided)

On the grounds you have a Hot Tub, Barn, Private Gym, Playground, Fire-pit, Hammock, Acres to Roam, Multiple Decks, etc. A quick ~10 minute walk to the Falling Rock Bridge on the Tye River for fishing, kayaking, tubing, or looking for Otters! Nelson lake has a boat ramp and public fishing just 5 miles away.

Private Whole Lower Level. Caprica is the essential stay for an unforgettable Shenandoah Valley experience! Situated with perfect views of the outside, the guest quarters space is over 2200 sq ft. and features a lounge/media center, common meeting area, bedrooms & bathrooms, entertainment center with air hockey table and ping pong, and a fully supplied gym. See pictures for more details and information. Anyone is welcome to use the balcony, back patio, and fire pit.

Otterview Mountain House

Otterview has one of the most incredible views in the state, huge deck, and pond. The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top of the line kitchen, cozy living room, and extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the firepit, and relax on the dock. There is two miles of trails on the 37 acre property with their own trail signs and map.
