The cottage is ideal for those who value their own space with no shared amenities. Enjoy the open outlook and a sense of being away from it all, yet still within easy reach. Located just minutes from Deakin University and Epworth Hospital with Geelong’s CBD 15 minutes away. Quick Ring Road access makes this an ideal base for exploring the region and Surf Coast.

The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

We offer you the opportunity to stay in our fully equipped, private, purpose built, Apartment at the rear of our home. Suitable for 4 adults, 1 child, 1 infant. In the coastal village of Queenscliff, only 1.5hrs from Melbourne, with easy access to the Great Ocean Road. Your hot tub, set in the privacy of the rear garden & sunset from the adjacent walking path. Easy walk to Harbour, local shops/restaurants, Blues Train & beach. Comfy beds, quality linen & continental breakfast all included.

Lavender Cottage is a cosy , fully self contained cottage, totally private and separate from the main house, in a beautiful garden setting perfect for sitting and relaxing. The cottage has a full kitchen, stocked with pantry staples and everything you'll need to prepare a lovely meal if desired. A comfortable lounge/living room and bathroom with separate toilet are also downstairs. Up stairs is a generous bedroom with queen bed, ample storage, and a trundle bed for a little one.

Deśa Retreat is a place to unwind and connect with yourself, your loved ones and nature. Within walking distance to the stunning beaches of Jan Juc and Torquay, walk the clifftop track, explore the bush, surf iconic breaks Winki and Bells, or simply sit and watch the view from one of the many lookouts dotted along the coast. Now offering a beautiful outdoor sauna and cold plunge wellness space on site ($35 per person for 60 minutes or $60 per couple, cash payment).

Want to experience a quirky yet functional 40ft shipping container? Then the Ripplinn is the perfect getaway for you. Enjoy a local wine around the private outdoor fire, or take a short stroll down to the local shops or pub for a bev or two. Wash the salt and sand from your skin under the heater outdoor rain shower, or enjoy soaking in the handmade Steel bathtub after a day of relaxation or adventure.

Compact Nook with Private Courtyard Entrance

Architecturally designed, this compact studio is a 15 minute walk from Jan Juc beach and shops with Torquay and Bells Beach only a short drive away. The studio is attached to the main house, but has its own private courtyard entrance with off-street parking right outside the front door. The perfect place for a short stay!
