Surfside Escape - walk to the beach & pet friendly

We are located only 200m from the Jan Juc cliff top, a 10 min walk to the beach and a short drive to the Torquay golf course. With a dog friendly oval, skate park, tennis courts and adventure playground at the end of the street and the pub, cafe and shops only a couple of blocks away. The property has 2 (and a 1/2) bedrooms plus a sofa bed and sleeps up to 7. The upstairs deck is ideal for entertaining in warmer weather and the sheltered rear area with chiminea perfect when the sun goes down.

Fee and Marks place is a peaceful spot in a quiet Jan Juc street, 15 mins walk to Jan Juc shops & beach, close to bus stop and 40 mins walk to Torquay or Bells beach. We live upstairs & don’t allow pets as we encourage wildlife into our garden; a blend of indigenous & food producing plants, stone walls & sculptures. Our beautiful villa Ella's Rest is nestled on a 7 acre property in a quiet pocket of Torquay. Recently completed with a local architect our eco-friendly 2 bedroom home is truly unique and finished to the highest quality. The natural aesthetic creates a space that captures light and views from every room making it seamless from outside to in. A sheltered deck overlooking the dam and a north facing courtyard with outdoor dining, shower and firepit makes it truly hard to ever leave.
