Our bright garden room in a Brooklyn apartment is a short walk to Brooklyn Academy of Music, Barclay Center, Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan Bridge, Brooklyn Promenade and Brooklyn Bridge Park. You’ll love my place because it's a hidden garden oasis, in spite of being convenient to all major subways. Features its own kitchenette, private bathroom, and door to the patio. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. My partner Michael and I welcome people of all ilks!

Conveniently located steps from many major Subway lines, including access to the 4/5, 2/3, F, G, A/C, and R lines for convenient access to explore all parts of the city. A less than 10 minute walk to the water and fabulous Brooklyn Bridge Park. CitiBike dock located a block from the apartment.

I've had quite a few guests who are Airbnb veterans but never booked a shared space before. (The guest room is private; the rest of the loft is shared.) None of them have ever been disappointed. I live alone and the guest room and my bedroom are at opposite ends of an enormous space so there's a real feeling of privacy. You're also not going to have the all too common experience of finding the place a mess when you arrive or discovering that it looks nothing like the pictures.

Note: This is shared space (unit 3F) and I will be in residence during your stay. We are steps from Brooklyn Bridge Park, and are are conveniently close to the F, A, 2/3 trains and NYC Ferry. Fabulous restaurants, galleries, shops abound. The loft is spacious and airy, clean and full of art and good vibes. You will feel at home here as you enjoy location, location, location. Doug has been hosting since 2010 and lives in Brooklyn’s vibrant cultural hub. Guests stay in a private room within a shared owner-occupied apartment with Doug, near top restaurants, cafes, and theaters. The Apple Store and all major subway lines, including the LIRR, are close to Atlantic/Barclays and Ft. Greene Park. It's only 20 minutes to Manhattan. The room accommodates two, and the second guest receives a discount.
