Close to stylish, revitalized downtown Rockford with terrific restaurants, night life, shops, and galleries. Upper unit in vintage 4 family with long term tenants below and I live in the other upper. Absolutely no parties. Only registered guests. No smoking inside or outside on the property. Violation results in $500 cleaning fee/poor review

We just renovated and are super excited to host others, we have 3 bedrooms to offer with a choice of a king, queen and a full bed. Our 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom House is located directly on the shores of Lake Koshkongong. The back deck overlooks thousands of acres of lake with endless lake views. Just steps off the deck, one can enjoy the grassy landscape leading to the lakeside fire-pit. Then continue out onto the end of the 140 foot top notch pier. The pier (seasonally of course) includes a bench on the end and stairs into the water so that you can take a refreshing swim on our sandy bottom shoreline.
