Entire home (approx. 1588 sq ft) with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 living, 1 dining and a beautiful spacious kitchen + gameroom in garage. Enjoy the backyard equipped with a grill and outdoor picnic table. You have access to the whole house including the garage(converted gameroom). You also have access to front and back yard. Home access- keyless entry. Feel free to call/text with any questions. The home is across the street from the Dell Diamond, the Kalahari Resort Waterpark, and several grocery stores. Go for a run on one of the nearby jogging trails in Old Settlers Park. The house also includes a washer and dryer for use. The backyard is fully fenced in for your pets (no aggressive breeds).
