Summer is on the way! Why not to enjoy a holiday at this cosy place to stay, out of business. The house is perfect for couples or families and remote work. You can refresh yourselves in indoor electric sauna and barbecue outdoors. From rain and wind you can shelter to the glass dome and enjoy panoramic view. The house is up to 4 persons: double bed upstairs and sofa bed in the living room. About 200 metres from us there is an artificial lake with beach area and playground. With warm welcome!a

The sauna can comfortably accommodate six people, although the terrace has room for even more people. Downstairs you can sleep on a large sofa bed, upstairs there are two large 160cm mattresses. A staircase takes you to the second floor from outside. Pillows-blankets, bed linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. There is a barbecue outside, but bring your own charcoal, please. There is also barrel hot tub near the river for extra cost of 60 EUR in cash.

Kunagine koolimaja on saanud uue kuue ning loob võimalusi erinevateks tegevusteks linnamürast eemal. Korteris on 2 tuba (tuba-köök 26 m2, tuba 16 m2), esik, tualettruum / duširuum. Esikust pääseb elutuppa, mis on läbikäidav ja edasi pääseb magamistuppa. Elutoas on lahtikäiv diivan, magamistoas voodi. Õues kõik grillimiseks vajalik olemas. Hinna sisse kuulub spordisaali kasutamine 1h (aeg eelnevalt kokku leppida). Õuetegevusteks on kasutusel välistaadion ja korvpalliplats. Autokaravani parkla.

Ilvese Cottage on mõnusalt privaatne majutuskoht Lintsi jõe kaldal. Puhka oma meelt linnulaulu ja muude loodushäälte saatel. Meid külastades võid kohata haruldasi linnuliike ja erinevaid loomaliike. Majake on kõigi mugavustega - olemas wc, dušš, elektripliit, külmik, nõudepesumasin, potid-pannid, söögiriistad ja -nõud jms. Elutoas on suur söögilaud ning diivan koos diivanilauaga. Majal on terrass. Lisatasu eest pakume võimalust kasutada ülimõnusat haagissauna (eelneval päeval ette tellides).

Pakume soovi korral oma külalistele õhtusööki või hommikusööki ette tellimisega. Lähedal asub Kose alevik, kus on poed sisseostude tegemiseks.
