It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed. There is a full flight of stairs to a balcony entrance. It has a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. . This is a large property and there are multiple Airbnb units on the property. There is another unit adjacent to this one and you may hear noises. For this reason we don’t allow children.

I've travelled to over 70 countries, and my favorite stays were not in hotels, but in small guest houses and hostels with private rooms available. I liked the home-grown character of these places, and the chance to interact with the hosts and other guests. I hope to give others a similar opportunity in Savannah at the Starlander.

Magical gardens with birds and butterflies, and solar walkways so you can enjoy the stars at night. I pride myself having spotless apartments and every surface is wiped with care. I am 420 friendly outside and always LGBTQ+ welcoming. Four blocks to SUNRISE & four blocks to SUNSET! The past reviews say it all, but you should leave here, renewed and feeling JOY!
