Our home is a bargain compared with other Airbnb's in the resort! Upon arrival, "Guests Services" gives 6 Notch cards/Daycations covering the entire stay, providing free use of all non-fee-based amenities, pools/hot tubs, Fun Zone, tubing, ice skating, guided walks/hikes/wikes etc. They're valued @$89.00 pr person, per day in Summer, & $55.00 per person per day the rest of the year. Use them for discounts on amenities with fees like lift tickets, lessons, equipment. Lifts are an easy 5 min walk!

The 2nd floor corner unit has been updated with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, boot/glove heater and plenty of space for your gear. Sleeps up to 8 with a king bed, queen bed, 2 XL twin bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa.

To access: walk across the parking lot to the ski in/out trail which links up with Grammy Jay. Follow the Grammy Jay trail down to the Village Chair Double Lift to access the rest of the trail system. To get back: take the Grammy Jay trail and exit at the "Long Trail" sign to reach the condo.

You are literally less than 10 mins from the slopes & downtown restaurants/shops. The condo and Notchbrook property are NON-smoking.

Please note- all are welcome to use all resort amenities (including pools, hot tubs, and FunZone) with the purchase of a day pass.
