The studio has a sunny welcoming deck with dining umbrella covered table, plenty of seating and lounging area. Newly remodeled studio with full kitchen including granite countertops, floating shelfs and tons of natural light. The cozy living room area has a midcentury modern leather couch and a coffee table with lift top for working. Climb the stair ladder to the loft bunkbed area with 2 queen beds.

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

South Platte Fishing Cabin

Ours is a studio apartment located directly across the road from gold medal trout water on the South Platte River. The entire apartment has been updated and offers peace and quiet along with a quarter mile of private river access. This is a get away perfect for fly fishermen. My wife and I live in the ranch house across the road and are always available to answer questions and share information about the area.

We love where we live! We want to share our garden level 1 bedroom in-law apartment. Full kitchen. Large living room. Awesome outdoor patio and views! We are short drives from Staunton State Park, Jefferson Co. Open Space Parks, shopping, Red Rocks, and the Platte River. Amazing mountain bike riding, hiking, and fly fishing. The best place to come home to after a Red Rocks concert!
