The Love Shack- 1 Bedroom Retreat

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

1066 Hastings House

A romantic escape for no reason? Maybe a special Easter egg hunt for the season? For a small fee, I can fill plastic eggs, hide inside/outside for family fun! We welcome to the 1066 Hastings House, responsible 25 yr olds and up, 1-2 well behaved house trained dogs. Hosting, up to maximum of 5 guests. From the dining & great room, enjoy the sun rising. As the day draws to a close, snuggle up by the fireplace in the greatroom, enjoy the sunsets. Watch the lights of night wake up over the Bay.

The Island Boat House is on a private 2 acre island in the 1000 Islands near Fisher's Landing, NY. You may bring or rent a boat, or we can provide rides in our boat for arrival and departure. This rustic & charming two br living space has a double & queen bed in the main room with a double bed in a separate room. An historic boathouse over the water, guests enjoy a private deck, with shower, dock & grill downstairs. Enjoy the majesty of the St. Lawrence River - fishing, swimming and sunsets!!

This home is located in Clayton, NY in The Thousand Islands. It resides on 11 acres bordering The French Creek situated on The St. Lawrence River. One mile to historic downtown Clayton. Simple elegant space that can comfortably accommodate five adults. Two bedrooms one with a king bed and other with a twin size day bed with trundle twin bed slide in , and large deep couch. Each room has a TV. This unit is in the second floor, with a parking area for two cars, washer, dryer and 70" tv in living room.
