Nestled on 6.6 acres of wooded privacy on Douglas Lake, Cozy Cove is a perfect place to relax as you view the Smoky Mountains from a spacious, wrap around deck. Douglas Lake is a premier bass & crappie fishing destination. Boats, kayaks & paddleboards welcome. Dollywood, Pigeon Forge’, shopping, Smoky Mtn. National Park, all close. You will need to descend several steps to access the lake. See pics.

Our home is located directly on Douglas lake. It's located about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Upstairs- One full bathroom, one room has two beds, loft area- tv, fireplace, bed & pool table. Downstairs-a master bedroom & bathroom. The back porch is enclosed with a 6 person hot tub. WiFi. We only supply one round of kitchen and bath supplies. NO WATER IN LAKE EXCEPT MAIN CHANNEL AFTER LABOR DAY/REFILLS MID-APRIL. YOU MUST TAKE TRASH OFF OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED-1 bag allowed for Sunday checkout.

We are just off the the main corridor heading in to the Smoky's and surrounding attractions. The cabin sits on a 4 acre knoll on Douglas Lake...this is truly a Mountain and Lake vacation! With 600 miles of shoreline to explore, this cabin is a destination unto itself. This cabin is a living museum to our Appalachian history that remind guests of simpler times and ways.

Amazing Douglas Lake and Smoky Mountain views just minutes away from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Bring your family and enjoy the views of Douglas Lake with the Smoky Mountains in the backdrop in our comfortable lake house. Our lake house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and can sleep up to 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances including a Keurig, microwave oven, and toaster. The Lake House sits on a quiet road but is convenient to both I-40 and the Parkway in Sevierville.

Rocky Ridge is a beautiful secluded cabin with breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains and Douglas lake. The cabin sleeps 6 and has a fully stocked kitchen, two large bedrooms with king size beds, a sleeper sofa in the loft, a master bath with double shower heads and soaking tub, a living room with a cozy fireplace, an arcade table, hammock and rocking chairs on the wrap around porch, propane grill, charcoal grill, fire pit, and much more. This is the place to enjoy the Smoky Mountains!!
