Welcome to our private, cozy garden apartment, conveniently located near Tulane University and 4 miles to the French Quarter. You'll be close to Audubon Park, the streetcar, and Freret Street. You'll be on a safe, quiet, tree-lined street centrally located in New Orleans. Off street parking included! Dogs are allowed with a $75 pet fee. They must be vaccinated and flea-free, and not allowed on the furniture. Please pick up your furry friend’s mess in the provided receptacle in the backyard.

Clementine's Room on Bayou St John

Clementine's Room is a lovely hideaway in Mid City on Bayou St. John. It is simply a bedroom/bath with tile shower, washer/dryer, and king bed. The door is next to a gazebo for outdoor time and the desk can be arranged for 2 to dine inside. There is a large Roku tv for streaming shows, a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle & coffee funnel for making morning coffee or tea, and dishes & flatware for heating up a snack. Also, it can be combined with our Sweet Suite for 2bed/2bath family booking

Family Home in Mid-City New Orleans

Welcome to the Crayon Box! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally located home in Mid-City. Near the Canal Streetcar, just off highway I-10, walking distance to restaurants/bars and very close to City Park. 3 blocks from Endymion parade route! We are kid friendly and can provide books and toys. Queen size mattress. Additional air mattress upon request. Please keep in mind this is an extension of our family home, not the Ritz-Carlton 🙂 message with any questions!

Oak Cottage 15 min. to French Quarter 2 bed/1bath

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly cottage. It has been completely updated. This beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath home sits on a double lot. The back yard is completely fenced and is shaded by beautiful 100 year old oak trees. I also allow guest to bring a pet with a $50 fee. Pet should weigh under 30 pounds. NOLA Pied-A-Terre steps from Audubon & Clancy’s

The pied-a-terre has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom and bath. The combined living and dining room has large windows allowing for abundant sunlight. Local artwork is featured and the place is very comfortable. TV's are included in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen offers plenty of pots, pans, dishes, Keurig coffee maker, etc, as well as local cookbooks. Pets are allowed with a fee, which is displayed when you enter them as pet guests.

Private Uptown studio; separate entrance & parking

This Uptown unit is a private studio in my home (NO shared space with rest of home) with private entrance & parking. Ideal for single/couple who want to stay in a neighborhood. The area is quiet, and is racially & economically diverse. Unit does NOT have full kitchen (fridge & microwave). 10 minute walk to St. Charles streetcar line. $10/10 minute Uber to downtown/French Quarter. Limit 2 guests. Dogs allowed & on premises.

The Lair in Tulane Uptown Hip Freret Area

Two blocks to Starbucks on bustling and hip Freret Street corridor Uptown and less than a mile to Tulane University. Or, walk a half mile to St. Charles Streetcar to ride to French Quarter. Immediate neighborhood is very safe with friendly neighbors. Small parking space available off street right in front of garage door. This is a garage apartment, but the garage is used for storage only.
