Riverside Mountain Retreat on the New River

Unique octagon home set over the South Fork of the New River. Large deck overlooks scenic river view. Open the windows and feel the fresh air and hear the river below. Steps to the river enable fishing, kayaking, swimming, river walking or a great place to watch the sun set. Inside, the all wood 1,600 square feet is centered by a huge stone fireplace in a sunken living room open to the dinning room and kitchen creating a wonderful 'heart' for visiting and sharing a meal. A Dream by the Stream is a very private and rustic 2 Br/2Ba log cabin overlooking a bold stream on 10 beautiful and remote acres with walking trails, a pond with dock, campfire pit, and amazing garden stonescape. Our 750 sq ft. Cabin offers WiFi, streaming TV, central AC and heat, fully stocked kitchen, coffee provided, towels, comfortable bed and quality linens. We are 1/2 mile from the North Fork of New River. It's a perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy the mountains. Dogs welcome!

Bearadise Log Cabin~Rustic Secluded Log Cabin~

Has the hustle and bustle of life got you down? Well if it has, we have the perfect cabin for you! BEARADISE! This rustic, secluded log cabin is located 3200 ft. above sea level on the side of Phoenix Mountain, just outside of West Jefferson. It boasts beautiful views of the mountains and is within a short walking distance to the New River. This cozy two bedroom, one bath cabin which sleeps up to four people, comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy the perfect getaway!

Evergreen Retreat

This is a peaceful cabin located just minutes to Boone, Blowing Rock and West Jefferson. Relax and enjoy the scenic views, tall trees and sounds of the nearby creek! There are numerous hikes in the area and other outdoor activities such as kayaking, skiing, apple-picking and Christmas Tree cutting. Sleeping Bear Cabin is nestled away in a private mountain community that has it's own lake and just a two minute drive to the New River at the entrance of the community. The cabin is surrounded by forest with a main deck and an upper deck. Just recently remodeled and redecorated, we designed Sleeping Bear to be the perfect place for anyone to enjoy the mountain life. Fishing, walking, biking, hiking, tubing, kayaking, bird, butterfly, wildlife watchers and 35 -45 minutes to skiing.

Out of the Blue Cabin, A Mountain Escape

Out of the Blue Cabin cabin is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cabin located in quaint West Jefferson, NC. With stunning views, Out of the Blue Cabin is the perfect little getaway spot to relax and unwind from life's demands. It comfortably sleeps 5-6 (5 in beds and can accomodate an additional sleeper on the couch in the living room), has a fully functioning kitchen, gas grill, WiFi, TV, all with a rustic mountain feel. Bed linens, towels, washer and dryer are included in your stay.

Log Cabin on New River

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway in the Blue Ridge Mountains look no further. There is a seasonal water view. We are 10 minutes to downtown West Jefferson or Blue Ridge Parkway entrance, 1/4 mile to New River State Park Elk Shoals river beach and 30 minutes to Boone NC. Local attractions like canoeing, kayaking and hiking all within 10 minutes or less. Onsite Yoga is available. TV is for streaming only.

Grove Cabin 20 acres of privacy (no extra fees)

Nestled in a high mountain meadow just above the New River, this 750 square foot cabin has plenty of amenities and nearly 20 acres for your own private Idaho...there are marked and cleared hiking trails...look for the entrance post to the left "1285." NOTE: GPS systems are sending people to the coordinates of the cabin and not the entrance road. Always come in via NC-16--John Halsey-Weavers Ford-East Weavers Ford.
