The view from your 2nd floor deck is stunning with sunsets that dreams are made of. The loft has high, open ceilings that give you a cottage feel that immediately brings relaxing vibes. Hike our 10 acres of trails next door on our glamping grounds, including a fishing pond Your secluded spot is right in the middle of wine country and state Forest trails

Keuka Beach House - Glamping at its best!

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

The Farmhouse is on the same property as craft brewery and events venue, Abandon Brewing Company. Perfect for couples, families, groups, and furry friends (pets) who want to get away and enjoy the proximity to award winning wineries and breweries.

It's The Cabin! This picturesque cabin sits on 8 acres of mowed and wooded land. Enjoy all that the property has to offer with a half mile's worth of walking paths, a large front porch to drink your morning cup of joe, swimming pond, a fire pit/wood and more. It offers serenity in the Finger Lakes Region. Easy access to countless wineries, breweries and distilleries. The cabin is where memories are forged, belly laughs are had, and adventures await. Come, kick back, and take it easy.

Route 54 Relic in Penn Yan.

1880's home now 3 units. Built when steam ships still piloted Keuka. Penn Yan can be accessed by sidewalk from here (approx 1 mile to center), steps from Red Jacket Park at Keuka Lake on one side, Seasons on Keuka Lake on the other. Close to Keuka Outlet Trail, on the Keuka Lake wine trail, and between Main Deck restaurant and Rt 54 (WE ARE NOT WATERFRONT). There is plenty to do between shopping in Penn Yan, hiking the Outlet, or going on a wine tour around Keuka and/or Seneca Lake.

Wren's Nest on the Keuka Bluff

Keuka lake is one of the beautiful finger lakes. A crystal clear, cold water glacier lake. 21 miles long, and in some places 185 feet deep. Beautiful views and many excellent wineries surround the lake. Excellent water sports, boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing, and hiking. Excellent restaurants surround the shoreline. Much fun for all! All seasons are beautiful. Even winter, the warm, new house, surrounded by bare trees and maybe some snow is a very kool place to enjoy life!
