Lisaks asub kinnistul ka tenniseväljak ja tiigid ning Jägala jõgi oma paadisillaga. Kompleks paikneb kokku 3,47ha suurusel kinnistul . Ainulaadses ja rahulikus kohas saad rahulikult puhata. Rannamaja kümblustünni & saunaga

Merevaatega rannamaja on mõeldud romantiliseks puhkuseks, kus on rohkelt ruumi (50m2). Rannamaja suurtest akendest saab imetleda merevaadet otse voodist. Liivaranna, kümblustünni ja torusaunani on vaid 40m, kust avaneb samuti imeline vaade merele ja tähistaevale. Pimedas pakub aias silmailu puudevalgustus. Rannamaja on iseseisev maja, mis asub küll samal krundil pererahva suvemajaga, kuid välja rentimise ajal seal kedagi ei ela. Mõlemad majad on piiratud ühtse privaataiaga.

The studios are on the villa's ground floor, our home is on the next floor. Both studios have separate entrances and both have a serene view. This studio is with a forest view and also with partial sea view.
