Look no further, you’ve found Serenity on the Lake! Bring your own boat. This ranch-style, 3-bdrm home w/private boat dock and new hot tub is nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Spectacular views of the Lake Gaston wooded area and lake can be seen from the master bedroom, deck, and the backyard. Take a nap in the hammocks. Two king-sized beds, 2 twin beds, 2 full-sized bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a spacious living room allow guests to be comfortable, not cramped. Public boat access.

Lakefront Cottage w/ great view and use of dock

The sunlit cottage is perfect place to enjoy the largest lake in Virginia, exploring nearby state parks, the quaint town of Clarksville, or nearby breweries/wineries. The cottage offers an open view of the lake and use of a dock (150 yds from house) for fishing, swiming, docking watercraft or watching the sunset. A great retreat for a small family of 4 or 2 couples. Please indicate the number of guests; parties over 4 must be pre-approved. Reservation must be by an adult (age 21+).

There are 2 single kayaks, and firepit.. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with whatever you need. In season, there is an herb garden for guest use. The home is set in a quiet neighborhood that allows privacy. There is extra sleeping space with a queen size air mattress and 2 sofas (not sofa beds)..
