If you have a boat bring it. You will have access to the beach boat ramp. The home has 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you love golf , no problem..the property is part of a country club with a 9 hole golf course (daily fees apply). If you like tennis, tennis courts are also available for a daily fee.

The peaceful retreat, designed for adults only, is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. Welcome to the Peete House, a 1911, 4700 sq. ft. neoclassical home in downtown Warrenton. Two blocks from restaurants, bars, the library, antique stores and more. Architectural and gardening interests flourish here. Come explore the large koi pond, two acre garden, and the additional two antebellum houses that reside on property. This home is unique in that it can host a family with 5 bedrooms; 3 are King Suites. Small parties are possible for an additional fee.
