Our two rooms have traditional box beds and can sleep up to 10 (4 in one room, 6 in the other), each with Ensuite and an extra wet room. Constructed in 2021 it has been purpose built to the highest modern standards. Conveniently situated, Skeir a Lidda is easy to get to and is a perfect base from which to explore the islands. The Lighthouse Keeper’s cottage is a light and cosy hideaway, set on a headland with sea on three sides – you can even see a ruined castle out of the kitchen window! Sustainability and inclusion were first on my mind when we furnished the Cottage, and I am proud to hold the Scottish LGBTQ+ Rainbow Mark and that we have earned a Gold award for Green Tourism.

Dating back to the early 1800's, Joyce has kept the essential highland feel of this croft in play, while completely rebuilding and refurbing this croft. It sleeps 4 comfortably with 3 bathrooms- so plenty of space! A perfect spot for well behaved dogs on request.
