The Hidden Gem

Our home is a raised ranch where we live upstairs with our two young children. The apartment is in our finished basement separate from the upstairs. Private entrance with self check in. One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

Last minute? 1-2 nights? Please inquire!! This is an older home with one apartment on the first floor and a vacant apartment upstairs. Guests have the entire property to themselves. Free off-street parking. There is a small park across the street and a larger city park one block away w/carousel, pool, tennis courts, ice rink (all seasonal), amazing playground and walking paths. Three hospitals are within a 10 min drive. Close to BU. A variety of restaurants, bars, shops, antiques in the area.

The apartment is a one bedroom with a queen bed also living room has a pullout bed, large TV, and full bath. Security cameras all around the property. Bar is open late and maybe be a little noisy! It's a great spot if you are traveling through or planning a stay!
