Today, you can enjoy the updated home by watching horses peacefully graze, enjoy a cookout, play a board game, or read. Located two miles from downtown Alvarado and has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a study space, and internet connection. There is a fenced area of the backyard for dogs to run around. Riding lessons are available dependent on schedule.

A Nespresso machine with coffee pods for an inviting and rich cup of joe. A chef's kitchen that opens into the oversized great room living area. The house is near to a golf course at Kirtley park and we have golf clubs available for our guests. Across the street there is a lake and our guests can use the canoes and kayaks we have at the house.

Relax next to firepit overlooking our scenic horse ranch or cook on the gas BBQ grill. The home is a duplex, (both sides can be rented together when available). This side has 1 bathroom with an antique bear claw soaking tub with a shower conversion. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a futon in the living area.

In fact we love this neighborhood so much that we live one block over. You will also enjoy being centrally located. The drive to downtown, the Hulen park, Splash Station, or HEB are less than 2 minutes away!
