In case it rains, the kids will enjoy the 86" TV in the rec room and the you will enjoy the 65" TV in the living room.

Rental includes 2 kayaks that are fantastic for exploring the nearby waters, and for those who prefer to bring their own boat we have a private pier to dock.

Stone Cottage on Kerr Island

Welcome to the little stone cottage on beautiful Sylvan Lake. We are located in Rome City, IN. This adorable house, originally built in 1930, was remodeled and completely renovated in 2018. The updated kitchen features tiled backsplash, gas range, oven, and fridge. There is a microwave and Keurig for your convenience. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a small wardrobe for hanging clothes, and a dresser. The bathroom features a tiled shower.
