Situated in the heart of Kaunas, the Park Avenue Apartments offer an ideal accommodation for business, leisure, and rehabilitation both for individuals and families. The apartment is designed to provide a comfortable stay with a fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, oven, seating and dining areas, TV, washing/drying machine, a private bathroom and a balcone. The apartments also feature free of-charge secure underground car parking,a safe kids' playground inside of the building complex.

Fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment in Kaunas city center. Few minutes walk to shops, bars, restaurants, museums. 20 minute walk to bus and train stations, 12 minute walk to Zalgirio Arena. The appartment is 55m2 and can comfortably accomodate up to 4 people. It has one 1,6x2m bed in the bedroom and pull out sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare your meals (fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, microwave etc.). Smart TV and WI-FI.

Newly renovated cosy apartment near scenic river

Renovation was finished in January 2024. First flor super cosy apartment located next to a stunning river in a incredibly well kept and tidy town! There is also some beautiful nature closeby which could make for some lovely evening walks. NEW portable air conditioning to combat hot weather:) Just a short 15 minutes away from the Kaunas airport! There are two big supermarkets 500m away! And also a Lidl 700m away. There are 3 restuarants closeby (1km) which include a Hesburger.

Jei trokštate pabėgti nuo kasdienės rutinos ir praleisti laiką gamtoje su artimu draugu (-e), šeima ar solo, tai yra puiki vieta jums. Atvykę galėsite pasimėgauti erdvia terasa, su grilinimui reikalingomis priemonėmis, lauko tenisu, tinkliniu, krepšiniu, kubilu (paros kaina - 60 Eur, antros - 30 Eur) ar pasivaikščioti miško takais. Nuomojama tik ramiam poilsiui, vakarėliams - ne.

Birštonas Tiny Hemp House

The Tiny Hemp House is located in a residential area by the Nemunas river and a forest. It is 2 km walk away from Birštonas centre. House was built by its owners themselves. They chose ecological materials - hempcrete for the walls, clay as a plaster and wood for the floors and ceiling. You can relax in the hot tub under the stars (the hot tub is an additional fee, reserve 12 h before arrival). The service is not provided when the feels-like temperature drops below –15 °C.
