Studio cabin (approx. 13.5 x 15 ft.) Functional, basic, rustic, atmospheric—It's just a little cabin in the woods. The shack can accommodate only 2 people max. 2-bedroom apartment in a safe neighborhood. 2 queen beds & Twin air mattress. Extra towels and sheets set. Plenty of space with access to kitchen, washer/dryer (not shared with anyone else), spacious living room & dining area. You will have your own entrance. Near many attractions, 25 mins from JFK, & a quick train ride or drive to NYC and near the beach! All types of fast food and delicious restaurants nearby! Apt is in excellent condition, sanitized and clean in a great environment.

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.
