Perfectly nestled in the tree-line, you will have plenty of wildlife to observe- deer, birds, squirrels, etc. This comfortable family home has multiple areas to gather and relax including a sunroom, family den, living room with oversized sectional, sitting area, dining room, sunroom, dining deck, fire pit, and more. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 full bathrooms. One bed & 1/2 bath downstairs.

Two-story, 2 bedroom, 1 bath 1940s Carriage House (at one time, an actual Carriage House!!), located in the Historic Vineville midtown neighborhood. The tree-lined property is quiet, including a large backyard with a fire pit. During spring and early summer, enjoy a beautiful array of white, pink and blue hydrangeas!! The carriage house is private, and ideal for a quiet retreat. Park up to 2 cars beside the house, with additional street parking. The house is minutes from downtown Macon.
