The home is suited for 2 adults and 2 children (4 people max) or just a nice retreat for a couple's weekend and or vacation. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom . Welcome! Booking open for May 2025 and beyond! Comfortable, quiet, 1 BR/1 BA, apartment in New Bern. This is a one story walk up above detached garage. In addition to the queen bed in bedroom we have a queen air mattress on frame and twin air mattress also available. Five miles from downtown, 1.5 miles off Highway 70, 3 miles to the hospital, & 45 min. to the beach. Grocery & shops just outside the neighborhood. Perfect for tourists, travel medical staff, business travelers, & families.

Waterfront cottage just six minutes to historic downtown New Bern. Beautiful place on deep water Brices Creek excellent for swimming, boating, fishing, crabbing, kayaking. Enjoy your own private expansive sand beach right on the waterfront. Take a relaxing nap in our beach hammock or sit in one of our comfortable beach chairs with your toes in the sand and drink of choice in your hand. You also have use of a shared dock off to the side of the property.
