Our guesthouse is ready to host the most discerning traveler. You will appreciate the clean private guesthouse that is located on a quiet neighborhood street in a newer central subdivision that is close to all that SW Missouri has to offer. Please note that we offer a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils in the kitchen area, there is no stove/ oven. Parties and events are not allowed. Any extra guests need to have prior approval from the host before they arrive on site.

We are perfect for both groups! This house is about 1500 square feet with an open concept. It feels like home!

The house has an open floor concept with 3 bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms. Guest will also have access to the two car attached garage. The house was built September of 2022. All the appliances and furnishings are all new and picked out to maximize the space and design of this house. The house can accommodate six guests.
