Our guesthouse is ready to host the most discerning traveler. You will appreciate the clean private guesthouse that is located on a quiet neighborhood street in a newer central subdivision that is close to all that SW Missouri has to offer. Please note that we offer a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils in the kitchen area, there is no stove/ oven. Parties and events are not allowed. Any extra guests need to have prior approval from the host before they arrive on site.

What started as a pool house and functional space for the overnight guests of Clay has become the small business venture of business partners Clay and Lisa. Klaver Cottage is a studio-style space for travelers to rent located just outside of Joplin, Missouri. Klaver Cottage is unavailable to rent for parties or locals to gather.
