The Courtyard Suite with a POOL, pets stay FREE!!!

The guesthouse is attached via a breezeway to the main house. There is a covered pavilion where you can grill and eat. We have a pool that is open May-September. We have 2.5 acres mostly fenced. There is a concrete walking trail in the back yard about a 1/4 mile loop. The home is pet friendly with NO additional charge, just notify me when you book the house. We allow up to 2 pets. We ask that you keep them on a leash in the pool/courtyard area. They can run in the backyard and potty back there.

This property sleeps 16 comfortably and equipped with a seasonal in-ground pool (Closed), gated botanical courtyards, Ping-Pong Table, Arcade Games, Books for all Ages, a Theater Room, and so much more! Full Chefs Kitchen with 4 ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 Refrigerators and a Bar Area for hosting. Multiple grand fireplaces, gentlemen’s lounge, and 2 large living rooms on the main floor can hold the whole family at once. Grand Dining Table seats 8 and room for more downstairs in the breakfast nook.

Beautiful country living on 40 acre property w/walking trail, perfect to relax. Entire upstairs is bedroom & half bath (new vinyl floor, king & twin bed). Downstairs is living room (nice pull out couch), bathroom & kitchen (no stove does have skillet & toaster oven). STEEP STAIRS Lots of local hiking & biking trails 2 min to Dollar General 5 min to Walmart & downtown Neosho 20 min to Joplin. Less than 1.5 hrs to AR, Roaring River, Eureka Springs, SDC. Private pool access on request $100/2hrs

This home is perfectly located in the heart of Joplin with easy access to major highways, hospitals, local universities/colleges, shopping, restaurants, and downtown. This home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional, spacious bunk house that is heated and cooled (there is no bathroom in the bunk house, but has easy access to the main home bathroom). No pets or smoking allowed on the property.
