Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. In the immediate vicinity there are city beaches, and along the coast there are taverns, restaurants, cafes and shops. The area in which the apartment is located is quiet and pleasant.
